I actually have been using the auto model selection in GitHub Copilot as it gives you 30% off and it is quite decent and choosing the right model for the job. I am interested to see how it will change/improve with those new choices being added 😊

Some exciting updates for Gemini Notebook that is close to my heart so I wanted to highlight some of them here too 😊

GitHub Copilot (also works in VSCode) auto model selection has now three tiers: efficiency, balance, and intelligence.

Auto model selection with task optimization is generally available in Copilot Chat on the GitHub website, in VS Code, in Copilot CLI, and in GitHub Copilot app.

Gemini Notebook updates

I really like the 60 second video update and the ability to record lectures via the mobile app. For students, these features seem really cool I would imagine 😊

To be fair, the 60 second video overview I might have a use for my personal stuff too, will have to try it out 😊
